A platform that brings together a child’s productive activities into one essential document: a Talent Portfolio. ABhome MyTalent guides self-discovery—helping a child recognize their strengths and weaknesses, then manage them toward a career that’s 4E: Enjoy, Easy, Excellent, and Earn, by focusing on strengths and working around weaknesses.

I build systems. But what keeps me in this work isn’t just the code—it’s when someone who was stuck understands and finally knows what to do next.

The Journey

Most of my career has lived inside educational institutions in Indonesia, in a role rarely held by one person at once: the developer who also sits with non-technical stakeholders, translating what they need into systems people actually use.

That’s where MyTalent, E-Learning, and Admission came from. Three systems I designed from the first conversation to daily use by real end-users (details on each are on the Work page). The process taught me one thing: a system needs to actually fit the people who use it.
